Esther Yang

Born and raised in New York City, Esther received her BFA at Parsons and worked in design for several years. After a long time in front of a computer, she found her way back to her first love: creating with her hands.

She is now a full-time ceramic artist working from her home studio and teaching one-day classes. Her love for food and dinnerware began her main collection, esther.plates; her current work with moon jars reflects the deep influence of her Korean heritage.
